How do I get started with My Mentor Path?
My Mentor Path is a free platform that enables mentors and mentees to connect with each other. The basic flow goes as follows:
Mentors
- Sign up and enter your profile details, including your location, areas of interest and profile picture
- Enter the areas you can support, any further details of interest to mentees, and the maximum number of simultaneous mentees you can support
- Wait for the next matching to happen
Mentees
- Sign up and enter your profile details, including your location, areas of interest and profile picture
- Enter the areas you need support in and any further details that may be of interest to mentors
- Wait for the next matching to happen
People who sign up to both "Both" can enter mentor & mentee information.
What is matching?
Every few days, the matching process will run. This process will propose mentor/mentee relationships and give mentees and mentors the ability to connect.
